Delete your account

The short version: You can delete your Voila account and everything in it from inside the app in a few taps. Your account is disabled immediately, and after a 30-day grace period it — and all associated data — is permanently and irreversibly erased. Voila is anonymous, so we never held your name, email, or phone number in the first place.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the Voila app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is disabled immediately. You can undo the deletion for 30 days simply by logging back in — everything is restored. After 30 days, your account and all associated data are permanently and irreversibly deleted.

Can't access the app?

If you can no longer sign in, you can request deletion by writing to info@voilatalk.com or via our contact page. Please include the username of the account you want deleted so we can verify and process the request. Because accounts are pseudonymous, we may ask you to prove control of the account before we act.

What data is deleted

When your account is permanently deleted, we remove:

Voila is anonymous — we never collect your name, email address, or phone number, so there is no such data to delete.

Data we keep

After deletion, no personal data tied to your account is retained. We may keep a minimal amount of anonymized or aggregated information — with no link back to you — where required for security, fraud prevention, or by law. For full detail, see our Privacy Policy.
